SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: We offer shipping within the bounds of South Africa. We use reliable and trusted courier services to deliver your products to your doorstep. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders over R1500.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the courier service's website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Automation Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for hardware and engineering products within 10 days of purchase.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping and handling fees. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@tashop.co.za / 021 756 7220 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item(s) in its original condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address or phone number] with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item(s) in its original condition, we will process the exchange and ship out the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Conditions:

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
